Với sự tâm huyết trong nghề nghiệp, có kỷ luật và thái độ tích cực, làm việc chăm chỉ, tận tâm bản thân tôi sẽ cố gắng hoàn thiện bản thân bằng cách nỗ lực tìm hiểu, học hỏi và cập nhật thường xuyên những kiến thức, kỹ năng về truyền thông để có thể áp dụng truyền thông hiệu quả trong thực hiện nhiệm vụ trợ giúp thân chủ của mình một cách tốt nhất. Mục tiêu hướng tới của tôi đó là :
Một người dẫn dắt mà không chìm vào hư vinh
Một người cung cấp ánh sáng nhưng không tỏa sáng
Một người yêu thương nhưng không hy vọng tình yêu trở lại
Một người đốt cháy để những người khác có thể tỏa sáng.
