10.8 Chi phí phát sinh sẽ được thoả thuận và thanh toán giữa Bên A và Bên B. Việc tính toán chi phí phát sinh sẽ căn cứ trên cơ sở tính toán Giá trị Hợp đồng và được lập thành một Phụ lục Hợp đồng để làm cơ sở để Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B và được xem như một phần không thể tách rời của Hợp đồng.
