- Warm up: các tiết mục hát, nhảy do các thành viên AIESEC trình diễn (từ 8h đến 8h30))
- Giới thiệu trưởng ban tổ chức lên phát biểu khai mạc và trao quà lưu niệm cho nhà tài trợ (8h30 dến 8h20)
- Mời diễn giả lên phát biểu: trong phần này các bạn trại sinh sẽ lắng nghe chia sẻ và được hỏi đáp với diễn giả xoay quanh vấn đề VISION (nhìn chung đó là định hướng có giá trị nền tảng của giới trẻ trong tương lai) (8h25 đến 10h15)
- Phần 2 là phần giao lưu, cho mn tham gia mini game để nhận quà. (phần còn lại của chương trình)
B. 4 ngày của winter camp: (7/1 – 15/1)
TRƯỚC TẤT CẢ CÁC BUỔI CỦA WINTER CAMP ĐỀU CÓ AIESEC DANCE TRONG 10 PHÚT.
I. DAY 1 (7/1): SELF-AWARENESS AND LEADERSHIP
- Check in từ 7h30
a. Hoạt động sáng: (từ 8h đến 11h)
i. ice-breaking (30 phút)
GIỚI THIỆU CHÉO
(thay vì giới thiệu bản thân mọi người sẽ giới thiệu cho nhau)
- Cách chơi
• Cho các thành viên bắt cặp. Nếu lẻ ra một bạn, người quản trò hãy bắt cặp với bạn này.
• Thông báo rằng mỗi thành viên sẽ giới thiệu về đồng đội của mình trước đoàn thể mọi người.
• Dành một khoảng thời gian để mỗi cặp tìm hiểu thông tin về nhau. Gợi ý một vài chủ đề cần tìm hiểu như nghề nghiệp, gia đình, sở thích…
• Để thêm phần thú vị, yêu cầu mỗi thành viên tiết lộ với mọi người một điểm mạnh/ yếu của bản thân.
• Người quản trò có thể đi đến từng cặp và đặt câu hỏi cho mỗi người chơi về đồng đội họ( ví dụ: Màu ưa thích của đồng đội bạn là gì?). Trả lời đúng sẽ nhận một phần thưởng.
ii. Một người trong ban tổ chức chịu trách nhiệm lên phổ biến luật của camp cho tất cả mọi người (15 phút)
iii. Self-aware (80 phút)
- Chia thành 10 nhóm hoạt động ( cũng chia các interns vào các nhóm)
- Chia sẻ về biggest failure bằng cách vẽ minh họa hình ảnh của mình trong thời điểm đó
• Vẽ minh họa: (20 phút)
• Chia sẻ : (60 phút)
- mỗi nhóm có một trainer hướng dẫn lắng nghe và giúp các bạn kết nối với nhau.
iv. Trò 6 chiếc mũ
Chuẩn bị cho mỗi đội 6 chiếc mũ với các màu sắc tượng trưng cho:
- Mũ trắng: Người đội mũ này khi được hỏi phải nêu lên các FACTS của vấn đề đang bàn đến.
- Mũ đỏ: người đội mũ này có nhiệm vụ nói lên EMOTION của cá nhân về vấn đề trên
- Mũ lá cây: Đưa ra giải pháp sáng tạo cho vấn đề
- Mũ vàng: Nêu các mặt tích cực (STRENGTH) của vấn đề
- Mũ xanh lam: ( người chủ trì) Là người đưa quyết định cuối cùng xem lựa chọn chiếc mũ nào sẽ hợp lý.
• Tình huống:
Các bạn đang phải chạy một dự án ( một hội nghị) liên quan đến vấn đề nước sạch và ngày mai là ngày tổ chức. Tuy nhiên đại diện phía nhà tài trợ địa điểm lại liên hệ và từ chối không cho bạn mượn địa điểm vì có một hợp đồng quan trọng khác cần sử dụng địa điểm đó. Nhóm bạn sẽ làm gì.
• Đây là một tình huống được đưa ra như một bài học kỹ năng để campers sẽ tiếp xúc bước đầu với teamwork và làm quen với chủ đề VISION của camp ( VISON là định hướng để bước đầu xây dựng những mục tiêu nền tảng trong tương lai, hiểu rõ bản thân, gồm: giá trị cảm xúc, tìm hiểu thực tiễn, chia sẻ, sáng tạo và ra quyết định để hình thành bản năng trở thành leader trong tương lai.

i. Teamwork: (15 phút)
10 đội được chia ra buổi sáng sẽ bàn luận về những nhân tố để có thể trở thành một nhà lãnh đạo
ii. Debate activity: (120 phút)
Các đội sẽ công bố kết quả của mình ( được vẽ dưới dạng sơ đồ tư duy) và trình bày. Các đội bên dưới có thể tranh biện với đội đang trình bày sau khi đội đó đã trình bày xong để phản bác lại những ý mà mình không đồng ý. Đội chiến thắng sẽ là đội có được sơ đồ tư duy độc đáo nhất và thuyết phục nhất
- Mỗi đội có 6 phút trình bày
- Các đội khác có 6 phút đề debate tối đa
- Sơ đồ tư duy được vẽ trong thời gian teamwork
iii. Training activity: (50 phút)
- Một trong hai trainer chính sẽ chia sẻ kiến thức về kỹ năng lãnh đạo và đánh giá các yếu tố khác nhau để trở thành một nhà lãnh đạo (25 phút)
- Interns sẽ chia sẻ về những nhà lãnh đạo mà mình ngưỡng mộ
