Nhìn vào bảng số liệu , ta có thể thấy hành khách đồng tình nhiều nhất vào các thang đo sau : TC4 (Mean = 3.47) , DU2 ( GTTB = 3.63 ) , DB2 (GTTB = 3.59) , CT3 (GTTB = 3.5) , PTHH4 (GTTB = 3.8). Ngoài ra còn có những thang đó chiếm GTTB thấp nhất như : TC1 ( GTTB = 2.17) , DU1 ( GTTB = 3.32 ) , DB1 (GTTB = 3.52) , CT1 ( GTTB = 3.34 ) , PTHH1 ( GTTB = 3.32)
