QA nhận định và yêu cầu bộ phận liên quan điều tra => Bộ phận liên quan điều tra và làm báo cáo điều tra trong vòng 7 ngày => QA dựa vào báo cáo điều tra để lập biên bản khiếu nại và gửi thông tin cho khách hàng trong vòng 3 ngày

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

QA review and request relevant departments investigating = > relevant departments investigate and make a report of the investigation within 7 days = > QA based on the report of the investigation to establish a complaints and send information to the client within 3 days

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

QA identify and request relevant departments investigate => Division concerning the investigation and the investigation report within 7 days => QA based on the investigation report to make a written record of complaints and send information to customers within 3 days
