Sau chuyến công tác của đoàn ĐHQG-H

Sau chuyến công tác của đoàn ĐHQG-HCM đến UCLA vào tháng 7/2015, hai bên thống nhất cách thức triển khai hợp tác về GSE-VNU cho thời gian sắp tới như sau:
ĐHQG-HCM thành lập nhóm đề án của ĐHQG-HCM;
Viết đề án thành lập GSE-VNU theo mẫu của Việt Nam để vận động ủng hộ của chính phủ VN và nộp cho chính phủ Việt Nam để xin kinh phí;
GSE-IS sẽ giúp rà soát, góp ý và tư vấn cho đề án do ĐHQG-HCM xây dựng;
GSE-IS giúp hoàn thiện đề án theo mẫu của nhà tài trợ (Worldbank, các quỹ tài trợ, nhà tài trợ, ...);
GSE-IS sẽ giúp tìm nguồn kinh phí để thực hiện đề án. ĐHQG-HCM cung cấp cho GSE-IS danh sách các công ty lớn của Hoa Kỳ đang đầu tư tại Việt Nam để GSE-IS đi vận động tài trợ;
Quan tâm đào tạo nguồn nhân lực, ĐHQG-HCM gởi người sang GSE-IS để đào tạo ngắn hạn, dài hạn;
ĐHQG-HCM cho biết lộ trình để thành lập GSE-VNU.

After the trip of the delegation-HCM VNU to UCLA in July 2015, the two parties unify the way in deploying collaboration on GSE-VNU for upcoming periods as follows:VNU-HCM group scheme of VNU-HCM;Write the scheme established under Vietnam's model VNU-GSE to campaign in favour of the Government of VIETNAM and the Government of Vietnam to apply for funding;GSE-IS will help review, suggestions and advice for the project by the VNU-HCM building;GSE-IS to help improve the project in the form of sponsors (Worldbank, the Fund sponsors, sponsors, ...);GSE-IS will help find funds to implement the project. VNU-HCM offering GSE-IS the list of major u.s. companies are investing in Vietnam to GSE-IS away campaigning funding;Interested in human resource training, VNU-HCM sent people to the GSE-IS to short term, long term training;VNU-HCM said the roadmap to establish the GSE-VNU.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

After visits by the delegation to UCLA VNU 7/2015 in May, the two sides agree how to implement the cooperation of GSE-VNU for the upcoming period as follows:
VNU established group of projects DHQG- HCM;
Writing proposals GSE-VNU establishment of Vietnam to form advocacy VN government and submitted to the government of Vietnam to apply for funding;
GSE-IS will help reviewing, commenting and advising proposal by VNU construction
GSE-IS help complete the proposal in the form of donors (the World Bank, foundations, donors, ...);
GSE-IS will help find funding to implementation of the scheme. VNU provides GSE-IS list of major US companies are investing in Vietnam to GSE-IS going campaign financing;
Interests trained human resources, VNU send people into GSE- IS for short-term training and long-term;
VNU said the roadmap for the establishment of GSE-VNU.
