8 Chủ động phát hiện để phòng chống các hành vi phá hoại hoặc đe doạ phá hoại cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật của Bên A theo đúng pháp luật của Việt Nam.
9 Thực hiện nhiệm vụ bảo vệ, chấp hành nghiêm chỉnh các quy định về việc giám sát, kiểm tra, kiểm soát, ghi chép sổ sách theo dõi hàng hoá, tài sản, người và phương tiện ra vào khu vực bảo vệ và theo quy trình, thông báo phù hợp của Bên A.
