3. Biên bản thương thảo hợp đồng;
4. Biểu giá đề xuất, biểu tiến độ thi công của Công ty TNHH POSBEE SAIGON;
5. Các chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật, điều kiện tham chiếu;
6. Các bản vẽ thiết kế;
7. Các sửa đổi, bổ sung bằng văn bản, biên bản đàm phán hợp đồng;
8. Bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng, và các loại bảo lãnh khác nếu có;
9. Các tài liệu khác có liên quan.
