A. ĐẶC ĐIỂM CƠ SỞ CÓ LIÊN QUAN ĐẾN CÔNG TÁC CHỮA CHÁY
I. Vị trí địa lý: Số 1, đường TS 23, KCN Tiên Sơn, Thị xã Từ Sơn, Tỉnh Bắc Ninh. Cách thị xã Từ sơn 2 Km, cách ban quản lý KCN Tiên Sơn 1 Km. Có mương chứa nước cạnh đường TS 3 giáp nhà máy.

II. Giao thông phục vụ chữa cháy:

Các họng nước chữa cháy từ các phương tiện chữa cháy bên ngoài tòa nhà có thể vươn vào bên trong tòa nhà thông qua các ô cửa kính, và 6 cửa thoát hiểm.

IV. Tính chất, đặc điểm nguy hiểm về cháy, nổ, độc:

h)-Khu vực kho chứa vật tư đóng gói: Đây là kho vật tư biệt lập, chứa thùng gỗ, không được lắp đặt hệ thống điện nên khả năng tự cháy là rất thấp, khả năng cháy lan sang khu vực khác thấp. Do được xây dựng cạnh tường rào nhà máy, bên kia tường rào là bãi cỏ. Về mùa khô thường xảy ra cháy cỏ nên có nguy cơ cháy lan từ bãi cỏ sang kho chứa thùng gỗ.
i)-Nhà chứa máy phát điện, máy nén khí, máy biến áp: gần máy phát điện có thùng chứa dầu bằng thép, thể tích khoảng 2 m3.
j)- nhà ăn: có các bình khí ga khoảng 200 Kg đặt trong khoang chứa mở đằng sau bếp ăn. Khí ga được dẫn bằng đường ống vào trong bếp ga.
