C/Eximbank vào top 25 ngân hàng tăng tài sản nhanh nhất thế giới
Eximbank là ngân hàng duy nhất tại Việt Nam và khu vực Đông Nam Á được chọn vào top 25 ngân hàng có tốc độ tăng trưởng tài sản cao nhất thế giới.
Theo thông tin từ tạp chí The Banker vừa công bố, Ngân hàng Thương mại Cổ phần Xuất nhập khẩu Việt Nam (Eximbank) đã được tạp chí này xét chọn là ngân hàng duy nhất tại Việt Nam và trong khu vực Đông Nam Á lọt vào bảng xếp hạng 25 ngân hàng có tốc độ tăng trưởng tài sản cao nhất thế giới.
Năm 2010, tổng tài sản của Eximbank đạt tới 131.111 tỷ đồng, tăng tới 100,3% so với cuối năm 2009 và hoàn thành 149% kế hoạch. Năm 2011, ngân hàng này đặt chỉ tiêu tổng tài sản đạt 180.000 tỷ đồng, tăng 37% so với năm 2010.
Bên cạnh đó, The Banker cũng chọn Eximbank vào bảng xếp hạng 1.000 ngân hàng hàng đầu thế giới. Trong số 8 ngân hàng Việt Nam được bình chọn vào bảng xếp hạng của The Banker, Eximbank đứng thứ 4 sau BIDV, Vietcombank và VietinBank.
Bảng xếp hạng này được tạp chí The Banker bắt đầu thực hiện từ năm 1970 và được công bố hàng năm vào tháng 7.
Tiêu chí xếp hạng quan trọng đầu tiên của The Banker là vốn cấp 1, bao gồm vốn đều lệ (vốn đã được cấp, vốn đã góp), quỹ đầu tư phát triển dịch vụ, quỹ dự trữ bổ sung vốn điều lệ, lợi nhuận không chia, thặng dư cổ phần được tính vào vốn theo quy định của pháp luật.
Ngoài ra các tiêu chí khác được The Banker sử dụng trong bảng xếp hạng 1.000 ngân hàng hàng đầu thế giới bao gồm tổng tài sản, hệ số tài sản vốn, tăng trưởng lợi nhuận thực, lợi nhuận/vốn bình quân, ROA, BIS, NPL, và LTD (tỷ lệ dư nợ trên vốn huy động).
Mục đích chính của bảng xếp hạng này là nhằm công nhận thành tích của các ngân hàng hàng đầu trên thế giới và được sử dụng như nguồn chỉ dẫn về độ vững mạnh và khả năng sinh lời của các ngân hàng.
