Trước đây khi còn ở Việt Nam tôi luôn nghĩ nước Mỹ là một quốc gia sạch sẽ của những con người văn minh nhưng khi làm ở viện dưỡng lão này suy nghĩ đó đã bị phá sản hoàn toàn, tại đây một cơ sở dành cho người già bề ngoài trông cũng khá khang trang xinh xắn nhưng bên trong lại đầy…rệp!
Thật không thể nào tin nổi khi đang làm vệ sinh hành lang tôi nghe một cái mùi hóa chất hăng nồng từ gian phòng bên cạnh, tôi hỏi người bảo trì bệnh viện thì được ông ta cho biết là đang diệt rệp. Trời đất thánh thần ơi! nước Mỹ mà cũng có rệp sao? Nhìn tôi cười cười ông ta nói chẳng những có mà nó còn có nhiều là đằng khác.
