Vào khoảng 16h30, ngày 08 tháng 11 năm 2016, một nhân viên khi đang thao tác sắp xếp hàng thành phẩm -Stock-BM3, nhân viên đã bị cạnh sắc nhọn cắt qua lớp găng tay vào ngón trỏ bàn tay phải. (xem hình đính kèm). Ngay sau khi xảy ra, nhân viên đã đến phòng y tế công ty để sơ cứu. Sự việc đã được báo cáo cho Forman, HSE và Giám đốc nhà máy để tiến hành khắc phục và ngăn ngừa.

At approximately 16 h 30, November 8, 2016, a worker while the operation setting-Stock-BM3, employees have suffered sharp edges cut through layers of glove on the right hand thumb. (see picture attached). Soon after, the staff has come to the medical aid to the company. The incident has been reported for Forman, HSE and factory directors to conduct the remediation and prevention.

At about 16:30, November 8, 2016, an employee while sorting operation finished goods -Stock-BM3, staff was sharp edges cut through the glove on his right hand index finger. (See photo attached). Immediately after the employees went to the nurse's office to aid companies. The case has been reported to Forman, the HSE and the plant manager to conduct remediation and prevention.
