 Nắm cơ bản nguyên lý hoạt động các thiết bị phục vụ trong khách sạn
 Đọc được bản vẽ sơ đồ tổng thể, chi tiết
 Biết giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh
 Nhiệt tình, sức khoẻ tốt và có trách nhiệm với công việc

6. Nhiệm vụ:
 Nhận nhiệm vụ trực tiếp giám sát bộ phận bảo trì
 Báo cáo chi tiết nội dung công việc thực hiện trong ca
 Nhận bàn giao và tiếp tục công việc của ca trước và hoàn thành tốt công việc trong ca
 Thực hiện tốt việc bảo trì thiết bị và sửa chữa sự cố thiết bị được phân công
 Có ý thức và thực hiện tốt việc tiết kiệm năng lượng, phụ tùng vật tư
 Thực hiện đúng các hướng dẫn của “Hệ thống kiểm soát thiết bị”
 Ghi chép đầy đủ tình trạng thiết bị và công việc trong ca, bảo quản tốt công cụ dụng cụ

7. Quyền hạn:
 Đề xuất phương án sửa chữa thiết bị khi có sự cố
 Đề nghị cung ứng thiết bị, phụ tùng vật tư, trang bị dụng cụ, bảo hộ lao động thích hợp cho công việc
 Tham gia cải tiến “hệ thống kiểm soát thiết bị” ngày càng phù hợp hơn
 Đề xuất ý kiến cá nhân với quản lý bộ phận
