Đại diện các trường ĐH Nga và Việt Nam đã trao đổi kế hoạch hợp tác cụ thể giữa hai bên, trong đó, các trường sẽ cùng nghiên cứu về công tác giảng dạy tiếng Nga tại Việt Nam để tiến tới thành lập các trung tâm, phân viện tiếng Nga trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam.
