Bài viết trình bày những khó khăn trong môi trường công việc khi thực tập tốt nghiệp của sinh viên tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả nghiên cứu trên 1180 sinh viên tại bốn trường Đại học tại Tp.HCM cho thấy trong quá trình thực tập tốt nghiệp, sinh viên gặp khó khăn nhất định trong những vấn đề sau: khó khăn trong tâm thế nghề nghiệp của sinh viên, trong việc thích ứng với nội dung thực tập tốt nghiệp, thích ứng với việc rèn luyện kỹ năng nghề nghiệp tại môi trường làm việc, thích ứng với các điều kiện, phương tiện tại môi trường làm việc, thích ứng với các mối quan hệ tại nhà trường và cơ sở thực tập, thích ứng với các quy định, nguyên tắc tại nhà trường và cơ sở thực tập tốt nghiệp

The article presents the work environmental difficulty when the student's graduation practice in Ho Chi Minh City.
