Quá thời hạn quy định trên thì người được Nhà nước cho thuê đất chưa nộp đủ tiền thuê đất theo Thông báo của cơ quan thuế thì phải nộp tiền chậm nộp đối với số tiền chưa nộp theo mức quy định của pháp luật về quản lý thuế.
