6.2 Đặc tính kỹ thuật và khuôn mẫu của sản phẩm là tài sản thuộc sở hữu của LGEVH. NCC cam kết rằng trong suốt thời hạn hợp đồng và kể cả sau khi Hợp đồng này hết hiệu lực, NCC sẽ duy trì việc bảo mật và không tiết lộ cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào về các tài liệu kỹ thuật, bản vẽ, khuôn mẫu và/hoặc bất kỳ tài liệu liên quan khác về hàng hoá giao dịch.
