Tuy nhiên, không giống như bài nghiên cứu đầu tiên, ở bài nghiên cứu này, tác giả chỉ sử dụng phương pháp luận định tính để mô tả và phân tích nhưng dù thế nào đi nữa, bài nghiên cứu này vẫn cho người đọc một góc nhìn rõ ràng hơn về chất lượng sản phẩm cũng như giá thành của mỗi sản phẩm từ Hermes.
