As company BOD guidance, General Affairs Department would like to send you a Decision on changing company structure and personnel positions in second half of 2016 with the content as below:

1. Purpose:

- To rapidly change business environment.
- To enhance capability of each business field through the established Divisions.
- To establish a dedicated organization for building the line – up doing the new business development and strengthen the business fields.
- To establish Management support Division giving priority to business management in the face of change or uncertainty and strengthen organization.

2. List of Promotion positions. Please refer in the attached file.

3. Date of enforcement: The decision comes into effect from 1st July 2016.
