(c) Bên cạnh và bổ sung vào các quyền khác của bên bán tại hợp đồng này, nếu bên mua không thanh toán tổng giá bán đúng hạn và/hoặc vi phạm nghĩa vụ thanh toán và/hoặc nghĩa vụ khác theo quy định tại hợp đồng này, bên bán, theo toàn quyền quyết định của mình, được phép thực hiện một phần hoặc toàn bộ các hành vi sau: (i) không bàn giao căn nhà thô hoặc thu hồi căn nhà thô từ bên mua; (ii) không làm thủ tục xin cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sở hữu cho bên mua; (iii) đề nghị cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền tạm ngưng hoặc không cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sở hữu cho bên mua cho đến khi toàn bộ tổng giá bán, các nghĩa vụ thanh toán khác và lãi chậm thanh toán và các nghĩa vụ khác theo hợp đồng và theo pháp luật được thực hiện đầy đủ; và hoặc (iv) xử lý chấm dứt hợp đồng theo điều 17.1 (b) và 17.2 của hợp đồng này.
