contractors agree to take on supply ships transporting crude oil from all sources of crude oil in the country and abroad to provide the Dung Quat oil refinery managed by BSR and operate in accordance with the rules provisions of this contract to ensure the Dung Quat oil fields and operate safely and efficiently
