- Tờ khai hải quan: 02 bản chính (01 bản dành cho người xuất khẩu, 01 bản dành cho hải quan lưu)
- Hợp đồng ngoại thương: 01 bản chính
- Hóa đơn thương mại (Invoice): 01 bản chính
- Phiếu đóng gói (Packing list): 01 bản chính
- Bản kê chi tiết hàng hóa (Packing list)
- Lệnh giao hàng
- Vận đơn (B/L) (sẽ nộp sau khi tàu chạy để lấy chứng thư)
- Giấy phép đăng ký kinh doanh: 01 bản sao y kèm bản chính đối chiếu ( nếu doanh nghiệp mới xuất khẩu lần đầu)
