Trong trường hợp Nhà thầu cho rằng mình có quyền đối với việc Gia hạn Thời hạn hoàn thành và/ hoặc thanh toán chi phí phát sinh theo bất kỳ điều khoản nào của Những điều kiện này hoặc có liên quan tới Hợp đồng, Nhà thầu phải thông báo cho Chủ đầu tư mô tả sự việc hay trường hợp dẫn tới việc phát sinh khiếu nại
