- Phòng kế toán kho quỹ:
Trực tiếp hạch toán,kế toán,thống kê và thanh toán theo quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước.
Xây dựng chỉ tiêu kế hoạch tài chính,quyết toán kế hoạch thu,chi tài chính,quỹ tiền lương cho các phòng ban
Thực hiện các khoản nộp ngân sách cho Nhà nước theo Luật định
Chấp hành quy định về an toàn kho quỹ
Tổng hợp,lưu trữ hồ sơ,số liệu về hạch toán kế toán,quyết toán và báo cáo thống kê,cung cấp thông tin và kiểm tra chuyên đề theo quy định
- Phòng kế hoạch kinh doanh:
Nghiên cứu đề xuất chiến lược khách hàng,chiến lược huy động vốn
Xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh ngắn hạn,trung dài hạn theo định hướng kinh doanh của Agribank Việt Nam
Cân đối nguồn vốn,sử dụng vốn và điều hòa vốn đối với các phòng giao dịch trên địa bàn
Tổng hợp theo dõi các chỉ tiêu kế hoạch kinh doanh và quyết toán kế hoạch đến các phòng giao dịch
Tổng hợp,phân tích hoạt động kinh doanh quý năm,dự thảo các báo cáo sơ kết,tổng kết
Đầu mối thực hiện thông tin phòng ngừa rủi ro và xử lý rủi ro tín dụng
Thực hiện việc phân loại khách hàng và đề xuất các chính sách ưu đãi đối với từng nhóm khách hàng nhằm mở rộng theo hướng đầu tư tín dụng khép kín: sản xuất,chế biến,tiêu thụ,xuất khẩu
Thẩm định và đề xuất cho vay các dự án tín dụng theo phân cấp ủy quyền
Thưởng xuyên phân loại dư nợ,phân tích nợ quá hạn,tìm nguyên nhân và đề xuất cách khắc phục
