Quyền của bên nhận bảo lãnh
6.1.1. Đề nghị Bên bảo lãnh thực hiện nghĩa vụ bảo lãnh đã cam kết với Bên nhận bảo lãnh khi Bên được bảo lãnh không thực hiện, thực hiện không đúng hoặc không đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ đã cam kết.
6.1.2. Yêu cầu Bên bảo lãnh thực hiện đúng các thoả thuận trong Hợp đồng này.
6.1.3. Khởi kiện theo quy định của pháp luật khi bên bảo lãnh, bên xác nhận bảo lãnh vi phạm nghĩa vụ đã cam kết.
