Tổng phí nêu trên chưa bao gồm thuế GTGT (10%); các khoản phí, lệ phí liên quan Quý Khách hàng phải có trách nhiệm nộp cho Nhà nước Việt Nam theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam và phí dịch thuật các tài liệu, hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự được Bên B đại diện Bên A trực tiếp thanh toán (nếu có).
Tiến độ thanh toán như sau:
• Phí tư vấn: Ngay sau khi ký hợp đồng, Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền Việt Nam đồng tương đương 1.500USD (Một ngàn năm trăm đô la Mỹ);
• Thanh toán Phí chuẩn bị hồ sơ: Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền Việt Nam đồng tương đương 2.000USD (Hai ngàn đô la Mỹ) khi Bên A ký Quyết định bổ nhiệm người đại diện Chi nhánh tại Việt Nam; Điều lệ của của công ty nước ngoài tại Việt Nam do Bên B soạn thảo;
• Thanh toán Phí thực hiện thủ tục xin cấp phép lập chi nhánh Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền Việt Nam đồng tương đương 2.500USD (Hai ngàn năm trăm đô la Mỹ) khi Bên A cung cấp cho Bên B đầy đủ các tài liệu để thực hiện thủ tục xin cấp phép lập chi nhánh của Bên A theo văn bản của Bên B yêu cầu cung cấp tài liệu;
• Thanh toán Phí Thực hiện các công việc sau khi đã có giấy phép lập chi nhánh Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền Việt Nam đồng tương đương 2.000USD (Hai ngàn đô la Mỹ) khi nhận được giấy phép thành lập chi nhánh tại Việt Nam (cụ thể là tại TP.Hồ Chí Minh).
• Các chi phí khác được Bên B đại diện Bên A thanh toán (nếu có) Bên A thanh toán ngay khi hai Bên ký Biên bản thanh lý Hợp đồng dịch vụ pháp lý.

Ho Chi Minh).• Other costs are Party B Party A representative payment (if any) side of A payment as soon as the two sides signed the minutes of liquidated legal services contract.

• Fee Payment implementing licensing procedures established branch Party A to Party B payment Vietnam dong amount equivalent to $ 2,500 (two thousand five hundred dollars) when Party A to Party B provide adequate documentation to implement licensing procedures established branch of Party A Party B according to the text of the request to provide documents;
• Fee Payment Perform work after having established a branch license payment Party A to Party B Vietnam dong amount equivalent to $ 2,000 (two thousand dollars) to get license to establish a branch in Vietnam ( namely in Ho Chi Minh City).
• Other costs Party B. Party A paid representative (if any) Party A will pay when the two parties signed a Memorandum of liquidation of legal services contract.
