I. Giải pháp về vốn để triển khai: Xã hội hóa bằng cách kêu gọi các Nhà đầu tư vào đầu tư và khai thác các mảng xanh trong KCNC.

II. Phương thức thực hiện:
BQL KCNC đã ban hành “Thông tin cơ sở cho mục đích thực hiện dự án đầu tư Công viên - cây xanh, mặt nước Khu Công nghệ cao Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh bằng nguồn vốn ngoài ngân sách” tại Quyết định số 192/QĐ-KCNC ngày 30/9/2013, bao gồm các thông tin để làm cơ sở pháp lý cho công tác kêu gọi, lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án đầu tư Công viên - cây xanh, mặt nước Khu Công nghệ cao Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh bằng nguồn vốn ngoài ngân sách.
