5.2. Chính sách và mục tiêu chất lượng đối với sản phẩm LPG:
 Chính sách chất lượng đối với sản phẩm LPG tuân theo Chính sách chất lượng, môi trường, an toàn và sức khỏe nghề nghiệp của Công ty BSR-000-001.
 Mục tiêu chất lượng đối với sản phẩm LPG tuân theo Mục tiêu chất lượng, môi trường, an toàn và sức khỏe nghề nghiệp của Công ty BSR-000-002.
5.3. Yêu cầu chất lượng của sản phẩm LPG:
Sản phẩm LPG của Nhà máy tuân thủ theo Quy chuẩn quốc gia QCVN 8:2012/BKHCN, Tiêu chuẩn quốc gia TCVN 6548: 1999 và Tiêu chuẩn cơ sở TCCS 06:2012/BSR.
5.4. Xem xét của lãnh đạo:
 Việc xem xét của lãnh đạo đối với Hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng LPG được ghép cùng với việc xem xét của lãnh đạo đối với Hệ thống quản lý tích hợp QHSE của Công ty, ít nhất 1 lần/ 1 năm thông qua cuộc họp và ghi lại biên bản về duy trì, cải tiến Hệ thống của Công ty.
 Mục đích xem xét của lãnh đạo:
- Thiết lập và duy trì Hệ thống đạt được kết quả mong muốn theo yêu cầu của Công ty, phù hợp với các quy chuẩn và tiêu chuẩn, thỏa mãn sự mong muốn của khách hàng và hoạt động theo quy trình đã được thiết lập;
- Phát hiện ra những bất thường, sự không phù hợp của Hệ thống, xác định các điểm yếu và đánh giá sự cải tiến;
- Xem xét tính hiệu quả của hành động khắc phục, sự thích hợp và phù hợp của Hệ thống đối với hoạt động hiện tại và tương lai của Công ty;
- Xem xét những khiếu nại nhận được, từ đó tìm ra nguyên nhân và đưa ra hành động khắc phục nếu có yêu cầu;
- Xem xét kết quả đánh giá nội bộ/bên ngoài và xác định những vùng thường có sự cố và khả năng cải tiến;
- Xem xét báo cáo sự không phù hợp đưa ra hướng giải quyết nhằm cải tiến Hệ thống.

Quality assurance system of Benzen product as part of the overall management system of the company according to the Decision 1765/QĐ-HĐTV?? on 29/7/2011(date) issuance about “Structure, function and duties of the Department/Office and the company's labor of Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (NSR)” and Decision 2816/QĐ-NSR? on 16/9/2013 (date) about “Assignment in Board of Directors” and sets the standard position of the company.
5.1.1. Organization chart:





5.1.2. Functions and Responsibilities:
a) Management Board
 Functions:
- General President of the entire system;
- Make sure the system is built, maintained and upgraded continuously;
- Make sure to provide sufficient resources for the system.
 Responsibilities:
- Management review;
- Directing the construction, maintenance and provide resources for the system;
- Steering handle large situations arising in the system;
- Company representative answered, addressed the complaints, grievances of customers and other stakeholders;
- Election of a member of the Board of Directors as Manager of Quality, representing the Board of Directors in the management of the system.
b) Lab & QA Section – Technical Divison:
 Functions:
- Directly manage the entire system;
- Make sure Benzen product when sold with quality always according to the requirements of the relevant standards;
- Make sure Benzen product in full compliance with the provisions of the law and satisfy the customer's requirements as well as other stakeholders.
 Responsibilities:
- Building, maintainning and continually improving the system;
- Organizing and participating in checking, internal auditing the system;
- Organizing the remedy, preventing non-conformity (NC) and observations are detected in the system;
- Controlling the changes in the system as material, equipment, etc …;
- Consulting the General Director and Quality Manager for the solving of complaints, resolve situations that arise in the system;
- Integrated this system into the integrated the management system of the company and guarantee system of the laboratory according to ISO/IEC 17025;
- Perform testing of samples taken on Benzene technology chain from input to output to strictly control of product quality at each production stage;
- Control and ensure the accuracy of the test results;
- Make test report for Benzene sample as the sampling plan;
- Ensure equipment, technician suitable for Benzen quality control requirements;
- Issuing and approving certificate of quality;
- Control surveyor and certificate of quality for Benzene product (in the case of hiring surveyor for COQ);

- Do the purchasing as required;
- Monitor buying progress and provide crude, chemicals, additives and spare-part for the production process; participating in importing/ receiving goods;
- Controlling, evaluating vendors;
- Participated in checking, internal auditing the system; perform preventative remedy the NC and observations are detected in the system;
- Advised the Board of Directors and Quality Manager addressed the situation arising out of the relevant system.
e) Supply & Logistics Section – Economy & Commerce Division
 Funtions:
- Ensure sufficient supply of crude oil for the production of Benzen product;

5.2. Policies and objectives for product quality LPG:
 Policies for product quality LPG obey quality policy, the environment, safety and occupational health of the company BSR-000-001.
 Goals for product quality LPG follow objective quality, environment, safety and occupational health of the company BSR-000-002.
5.3. The requirement of product quality LPG:
LPG Plant Products comply with national regulations QCVN 8: 2012 / BKHCN, National Standard ISO 6548: 1999 and Standard Base TCCS 06: 2012 / BSR.
5.4 . Consideration of leadership:

 Responsibilities: - Control the purchasing requirement of raw materials for the production of benzene product (purchsing plan, orders) of related departments ; - Do the purchasing as required; - Monitor progress and cung buying Crude, chemicals, Additives and spare-part for the production process; print participating importing / Receiving Goods; - Controlling, Evaluating vendors; - Participated print checking, internal auditing the system; Perform preventative Remedy the NC and observations are detected in the system; - advised the Board of Directors and Quality Manager addressed the situation arising out of the the relevant system. e) Supply and Logistics Section - Economy & Commerce Division  Funtions: - Ensure Sufficient supply Crude Oil for the production of benzene product of;
