Trong quá trình thực hiện gia công

Trong quá trình thực hiện gia công hay sản xuất, SHVN có cải tiến mới hay có sự hiệu chỉnh trong một số công đoạn nào đó thì phải trình bày và xin sự chấp thuận từ Công ty mẹ trước khi tiến hành.
Ngoài ra, khi gia công một sản phẩm mới cho khách hàng và phát hiện một số điểm không phù hợp, SHVN sẽ thông báo, đưa ra giải pháp điều chỉnh cho khách hàng xem xét và chấp thuận trước khi hiệu chỉnh. Trách nhiệm và quyền sử dụng sản phẩm thuộc toàn quyển của khách hàng.
Trường hợp Sakura Nhật Bản có sản phẩm mới, SHVN sẽ cử người sang Sakura Nhật Bản học tập và đào tạo trước khi đưa vào quy trình sản xuất ở SHVN. Ngoài ra, Sakura Nhật Bản cũng cử chuyên viên sang SHVN kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm và giám sát quy trình theo đúng quy định của Sakura Nhật Bản
