Tôi là người rất hiểu khả năng làm việc của ông. Tôi biết ông sẽ làm tốt những việc gì.

Tôi luôn ủng hộ kế hoạch của ông và cố gắng để ông không bị áp lực quá vì công việc.



Tuy nhiên, đến giai đoạn này chúng ta cần rõ ràng hơn để đảm bảo kết quả tốt cho hệ thống, tôi có ý kiến cụ thể như sau:

1- Nâng cấp hệ thống Mapa:

Thiết kế mẫu cửa hàng: Phối hợp, đôn đốc, kiểm soát Designer thực hiện đúng hợp đồng
Gửi trình Công ty bản 3D mẫu chung cho các cửa hàng hệ thống: Trước 10/11/2016
Công ty sẽ có ý kiến, sủa và hoàn thành bản mẫu chung: Trước 22/11/2016
2- Nâng cấp Simply

Dùng bản 3D mẫu để áp dụng cho Simply
Lập bản kế hoạch chi tiết sửa chữa nâng cấp cửa hàng để trình Công ty quyết về giá và thời gian hoàn thành: Thiết bị, dụng cụ, xây dựng... xong trước 25/11/2016: tháng 12/2016
Tuyển training nhân viên đúng Rota hệ thống, vận hành cửa hàng đạt doanh thu không dưới 8k£/tuần
3- Nâng cấp bộ phận pha chế hệ thống:

Lựa chọn đệ trình Công ty quyết Nhà cung cấp máy pha cafe, loại cafe: xong trước 25/11/2016
Training bộ phận pha chế Simply theo đúng phương án mới từ tháng 12/2016
2017 sẽ nâng cấp đồng bộ các shop hệ thống
4- Giới thiệu 1 nhân sự để Công ty giao Quản lý điều hành hệ thống hàng ngày:

Đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý hệ thống coffee shop; nếu có bằng học Quản lý nhà hàng càng tốt
Công việc đảm nhận: Điều hành hoạt động các shop hàng ngày theo đúng các chỉ tiêu Công ty giao; Quản lý nhân sự toàn nhân viên hệ thống; Kiểm soát nguyên liệu toàn hệ thống; Marketing hệ thống
Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh
Có Visa lao động hợp pháp UK; cam kết làm việc cho hệ thống lâu dài (trên 2 năm)
Lương và quyền lợi được thoả thuận, không dưới mức Rota hệ thống hiện tại
