ĐIỀU 1: ĐỐI TƯỢNG HỢP ĐỒNG
Bên A đồng ý chuyển nhượng căn hộ chung cư thuộc dự án Lexington Residence Phường An Phú, Q.2, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh cho bên B có các đặc điểm như sau:
- Ký hiệu căn hộ : LA 11.2 Block : A Tầng :11
- Số lượng căn hộ : 01
- Diện tích tim tường : 82m2 - Diện tích thông thủy : 76.03 m2

- Pháp lý : Hợp đồng mua bán

ĐIỀU 2: GIÁ TRỊ CHUYỂN NHƯỢNG
Hai bên nhất trí cam kết giá trị chuyển nhượng của căn hộ nêu tại Điều 1 như sau:
- Tổng giá bán căn hộ là: 2.870.000.000 đồng (Hai tỷ tám trăm bảy mươi triệu đồng).
- Giá bán bao gồm: 100% giá bán căn hộ trước thuế, Thuế giá trị gia tăng và 2% kinh phí bảo trì.
- Số tiền bên A chưa thanh toán cho chủ đầu tư là: 23.835.972 đồng (hai mươi ba triệu tám trăm ba mươi lăm ngàn chín trăm bảy mươi hai đồng) bên B sẽ giữ lại để thanh toán trực tiếp cho chủ đầu tư dự án.
- Số tiền bên B phải thanh toán cho bên A để nhận căn hộ là: 2.846.164.028 ( Hai tỷ tám trăm bốn mươi sáu triệu một trăm sáu mươi bốn ngàn không trăm hai mươi tám đồng).

Article 1: object of the CONTRACTParty A agrees to transfer the apartment project in Lexington Residence An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City for party B has the following characteristics:-The symbol of apartments: LA 11.2 Block: A: 11 -The number of apartments: 1-An area of the heart wall: 82 m 2-area navigation: 76.03 m2 -Legal: purchase contractArticle 2: the VALUE ASSIGNMENT The two sides unanimously committed to the transfer value of the apartment stated in article 1 as follows:-The total sale price of the apartment is: 2,870,000,000 (two billion eight hundred seventy million).-Price includes: 100% of the sale price of apartments before tax, value added Tax and 2% of the cost of maintenance.-The amount of unpaid party A for investors is: 23,835,972 (twenty-three million eight hundred thirty-five thousand nine hundred seventy-two) side B will retain for payment directly to the owner of the project.-The amount of money the party B must pay for A party to get the apartment is: 2,846,164,028 (two billion eight hundred and forty-six million one hundred sixty-four thousand eight hundred twenty not copper).

ARTICLE 2: tRANSFER vALUE
committed two sides agreed to the transfer value of the apartment as stated in Article 1 as follows:
- the total price of the apartment is: 2.87 billion (two billion eight hundred and seventy million).
- Price includes: 100% price of the apartment before tax, value added tax and 2% maintenance costs.
- A party amount unpaid for investors is: 23 835 .972 copper (twenty three million eight hundred and thirty-five thousand nine hundred and seventy-two copper) party B will retain direct payment to the investor of the project.
- the amount payable to party B, party A to the apartment is: 2,846,164,028 (two billion, eight hundred and forty-six million one hundred sixty four thousand and twenty-eight contracts).
