Nghiên cứu, đề xuất và triển khai xây dựng hệ thống, duy trì, quản trị, tối ưu hóa hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ, tổng đài, camera, giám sát vào ra, mạng, phần mềm hệ thống v.v..)
Chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động an ninh mạng – truyền thông, mạng Công nghệ thông tin của Công ty. Kiểm tra, giám sát việc chấp hành các quy định, cấp quyền sử dụng, quy trình kỹ thuật các chương trình của hệ thống Core banking, an ninh mạng - truyền thông.
Chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả các hoạt động liên quan đến quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu, quản trị hệ thống Core-Banking và các ứng dụng về công nghệ thông tin của Công ty, đảm bảo sự vận hành liên tục và hiệu quả của toàn bộ hệ thống công nghệ thông tin.
Thực hiện việc đánh giá, phân tích định kỳ về hiệu quả các hệ thống phần cứng, phần mềm; đề xuất các giải pháp để cải tiến, tối ưu hoá hiệu quả hoạt động của hệ thống công nghệ thông tin.
Tiếp nhận yêu cầu và xử lý các sự cố trong quá trình sử dụng phần mềm, vận hành máy tính, hệ thống phần cứng. Thống kê, tổng hợp các loại rủi ro, các trường hợp lỗi trong hệ thống công nghệ thông tin; đề xuất hướng phòng ngừa, xử lý và khắc phục.
Xây dựng các quy trình, quy chế, quy định, quản lý thiết bị, nghiệp vụ thuộc lĩnh vực của Phòng; đánh giá hiệu quả các quy trình, quy định này trong thực tế để liên tục cải tiến, giúp nâng cao hoạt động của Công ty.
Xây dựng tài liệu sử dụng, đào tạo hướng dẫn sử dụng các phầm mềm ứng dụng cho cán bộ, nhân viên trong Công ty.
Thực hiện xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch ngân sách hàng năm, kế hoạch công việc của Phòng từng tháng để trình Tổng giám đốc phê duyệt. Đề xuất mua sắm, quản lý các tài sản về công nghệ thông tin của toàn Công ty
