Preventing headache

Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits (items, steaming boiled, baked). Fortification of vitamins B1, B6, B12, magnesium, minerals ... Eat foods low in calories, low in fat (good fats are olive oil, fish oil, mackerel and sardines have omega 3 acid levels high). Drink plenty of water, getting enough sleep and deep, wide-brimmed hat when out in the sun hats, exercise, tai chi, yoga ... to reduce headaches.
