 Việc lựa chọn các trưởng đoàn đán

 Việc lựa chọn các trưởng đoàn đánh giá/thành viên đoàn đánh giá nội bộ hệ thống QHSE phải đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu sau đây:
- Có chứng chỉ đánh giá viên nội bộ cho Hệ thống tích hợp hoặc của từng Hệ thống riêng rẽ;
- Am hiểu các công việc liên quan thuộc phạm vi đánh giá;
- Không được đánh giá công việc thuộc đơn vị mà mình đang công tác;
- Ưu tiên cử những người đã có kinh nghiệm đánh giá trong các đợt đánh giá trước.
 Riêng các trưởng đoàn đánh giá cần phải thực hiện các nhiệm vụ sau:
- Đại diện cho đoàn đánh giá trong quan hệ với Ban ISO và đơn vị được đánh giá;
- Tổ chức và chỉ đạo các thành viên của đoàn đánh giá;
- Thống nhất trong đoàn đánh giá và quyết định đưa ra các kết luận đánh giá;
- Ngăn ngừa và giải quyết các bất đồng;
- Chuẩn bị và hoàn thiện báo cáo đánh giá của đoàn.

 The selection of the evaluation team leader / member of the internal audit group QHSE system to ensure it meets the following requirements:
- Have certified internal auditor for the integrated system or each system separately;
- Understand the related work under assessment;
- No job is evaluated under the unit where they are working;
- Priority dispatching assessment has experience in the evaluation before.
 As for the evaluation team must perform the following tasks:
- Representing the assessment team in the relationship with ISO and unit committee is assessed;
- Organizing and directing the members of the Mission price;
- Unity in the review team and decided to give the concluding assessment;
- Prevention and settlement of disputes;
- prepare and finalize the report to the evaluation.
