Mục tiêu trung hạn:

Trong vòng 3 năm kinh doanh mục tiêu của nhà hàng là thu hồi vốn đầu tư và phát triển chuỗi cửa hàng Cơm kẹp Ruby theo hình thức nhượng quyền thương mại (franchise)tại các quận trong thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để quảng cáo và giới thiệu Cơm kẹp Ruby tới khách hàng.
- Xây dựng cửa hàng mẫu trong chuỗi cửa hàng của Ruby. Đầu tiên nằm tại quận 1 và quận 10, việc mở gian hàng nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng lớn của khách hàng làm việc tại các văn phòng, công sở tại khu vực này. Cửa hàng đáp ứng chỗ ngồi cho 50 người ăn cùng lúc, có đầy đủ các món ăn chính, món phụ, thức uống, món tráng miệng theo tiêu chuẩn chung, khắt khe của hệ thống Ruby.
