Thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin Request for using I-VAN services
1. Trường hợp thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin trên Request for using I-VAN services, the employer truy cập vào tài khoản giao dịch bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử của mình để lập Tờkhai thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin đăng ký sử dụng I-VAN services theo Mẫu số05/SĐ-IVAN tại Phụ lục ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này gửi đến Cổng giao dịchđiện tử of Organization I-VAN; Organization I-VAN chuyển đến the electronic transaction portal của Vietnam Social Insurance Office trong thời hạn 02 giờ, kể từ khi nhận được Tờ khai.
2. Trường hợp thay đổi Organization I-VAN, the employer phải thực hiện đăng ký ngừng sử dụng I-VAN services theo quy định tại Article 24 và thực hiện thủ tục đăng ký sử dụng I-VAN services theo quy định tại Article 22 of this Decision.
