- Phát triển mạnh mẽ thị trường công nghệ năng lượng tái tạo, ngành công nghiệp sản xuất máy móc thiết bị, cung cấp dịch vụ năng lượng tái tạo trong nước.
- Tăng cường mạnh tiềm lực cho nghiên cứu, phát triển, chuyển giao và ứng dụng các dạng năng lượng tái tạo mới.
