ĐIỀU KHOẢN THI HÀNH
- Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực từ khi được kí kết. Việc sửa đổi, bổ sung, hủy bỏ hợp đồng này phải được hai bên lập thành văn bản và phải được công chứng theo quy định của pháp luật thì mới có giá trị pháp lý.
