- Theo dõi và giải quyết các chế độ cho người lao động theo nội quy của công ty và quy định của pháp luật.
- Thực hiện việc tính lương và các chế độ đãi ngộ khác cho người lao động
- Quản lý, theo dõi hồ sơ về ISO,an toàn lao động, bảo hộ lao động, phòng chống cháy nổ, vệ sinh an toàn…
- Theo dõi, cập nhật và quản lý hồ sơ, danh sách lao động Công ty
- Thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan hoặc theo yêu cầu
