Ngoài ra, luận văn còn có ý nghĩa khoa học và thực tiễn thiết thực cho quá trình quản lý ngân sách nhằm phát triển kinh tế - xã hội huyện Cẩm Khê, tỉnh Phú Thọ và đối với các địa phương có điều kiện tương tự.
