Bên nào chuyển giao Hợp đồng, bên đó sẽ tự chịu trách nhiệm đối với thiệt hại, chi phí phát sinh; đồng thời tránh cho bên kia những khiếu nại, tranh chấp, kiện tụng phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến việc chuyển giao đó.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The party would transfer the contract, that party will take responsibility for damage, costs incurred; at the same time avoid the other party complaints, disputes, litigation arising from or relating to the transfer.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Transfer Contract Party, that party will be solely responsible for the damage, the costs incurred; while avoiding the other party claims, disputes and litigation arising out of or related to the transfer.
