We just got fire alarm system active at Zone 1.1 which impact to (SP changing room at ground floor and Office area) at 2:40PM
As confirmed, There is no fire happened.
- Root caused: Cleaner had a mistake when using vacuum machine and dust followed out room and active smoke detector -> active fire alarm system at zone 1.1
- Immediate action: Reset system and contacted reception to inform office come back working normal
- Preventative action: Soft service will do investigation and have preventative action to prevent similar issue reoccur.
- Factory Operation impact: no impact production line
