Tiền thuê không bao gồm các chi phí

Tiền thuê không bao gồm các chi phí phát sinh từ việc sử dụng mặt bằng thuê của Bên B như: điện, nước, điện thoại, viễn thông, truyền hình cáp, bảo vệ, vệ sinh, gửi xe ôtô và gắn máy, chi phí sửa chữa mặt bằng.... Các chi phí này Bên B sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chi trả cho nhà cung cấp dịch vụ theo khối lượng sử dụng thực tế.
