- Xây dựng các tour du lịch trong và ngoài nước kèm bảng báo giá theo yêu cầu của khách hàng từ các thị trường chính: Mĩ, Úc, Canada, Trung Quốc, Indonesia, Malaysia...
- Tìm hiểu, gửi thư chào đối tác để xây dựng các thị trường mới: Anh, Ấn Độ...
- Gặp gỡ, tiếp đón các đối tác của công ty sang thăm Việt Nam.
- Cung cấp dịch vụ thuê xe ôtô và đặt phòng khách sạn.
- Cung cấp vé máy bay và dịch vụ làm visa.
- Điều hành các tour đã ký kết với khách hàng, đi cùng đoàn để hỗ trợ, giám sát nếu cần thiết.
- Hỗ trợ bộ phận Kế toán quản lý, thanh toán chi phí tour với đối tác và khách hàng.
