Doanh nghiệp ghi Tên tàu, số chuyến, số container lên Ô: ghi chép khác của tờ khai sau đó photo 1 bản tờ khai hải quan và đem nộp cho cán bộ Hải quan giám sát của Cảng. Ở đây nhân viên hải quan sẽ kiểm tra xem container đã vào cảng chưa. Nếu container đã vào cảng rồi thì hải quan sẽ đóng dấu vào Ô 31 của tờ khai hải quan điện tử bản chính(hàng đã qua khu vực giám sát) và trả lại cho doanh nghiệp bản chính tờ khai hải quan điện tử, nhân viên hải quan giữ lại tờ khai photo
