Bằng hợp đồng này, người lao động hoàn toàn đồng ý để MB giữ lại và khấu trừ/ trích nợ tiền lương hằng tháng và các khoản thu nhập khác của người lao động tại MB để bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định của pháp luật và MB
