đề tài sử dụng ảnh DEM SRTM và ảnh Landsat 8 , một số bản đồ chuyên đề làm dữ liệu cho phần mềm ArcGIS 10.1. Từ việc áp dụng phương pháp mô hình hóa vùng ngập, đề tài đã xây dựng được bản đồ ngập do NBD ở TP Hải Phòng, đồng thời qua kết quả tính toán cho thấy diện tích ngập ở TP chỉ ở mức độ trung bình so với cả nước . TP Hải Phòng là một đô thị lớn trong cả nước với mật độ dân số lớn và diện tích đất nông nghiệp nhiều nên mặc dù diện tích ngập không lớn nhưng cũng sẽ gây ảnh hưởng đáng kể về con người cũng như tài sản.

From the application of the method of modeling the awash, the subject has built a map flooded by NBD in Hai Phong, simultaneously through the calculation results shows an area of flooding in HO CHI MINH CITY only at the average levels compared to the country. Hai Phong is a large municipality in the country with large population densities and an area of much agricultural land should though not large but submerged area will also cause considerable influence on humans as well as property.
