Hiện tại khi đăng nhập vào trang Console thì tôi bị thông báo như ảnh đính kèm dưới đây, do vậy nên tôi không thể truy cập được vào Billing để có thể thêm secondary card B nhằm thanh toán cho Google Cloud Platform. Bạn có cách nào giúp tôi không?

Và thêm nữa, tại sao tài khoản Google Storage vẫn thanh toán tiền đều đặn trong tài khoản chính của tôi mà Google Cloud lại không thanh toán được?
