Mức tiền cam kết để bảo hành công trình:
- Bên B có trách nhiệm nộp chứng thư bảo lãnh bảo hành vô điều kiện do ngân hàng bên B phát hành theo mức 5% giá trị hợp đồng sau khi công trình được nghiệm thu, bàn giao và trước khi thanh toán hợp đồng.
