Giữ lại toàn bộ giá trị thanh toán nhận được từ việc phát hành và giao E-Voucher cho Khách Hàng để khấu trừ cho bất kỳ khoản nợ, phạt vi phạm, bồi thường thiệt hại và các khoản phải thanh toán khác mà Bên B có nghĩa vụ phải trả cho Bên A theo Hợp Đồng này; và/hoặc

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Retain the full value of the payment received from the issuance and delivery of E-Voucher to the client to deduct for any liabilities, fines, compensation and other payments to that Party B has the obligation to pay for A Party under this agreement; and/or

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Retain the entire payment value received from the issuance and delivery to Customer E-Voucher to any deduction for debts, penalties, compensation for damages and other amounts to be paid by Party B the obligation to pay to Party A under this Agreement; and / or
